Yummy! My family makes deep fried turkey for thanksgiving and it is nice to have some other recipe ideas to use the fryer all year around (I particularly want to try the pork chops). Also, it is good that you highlighted the safety tips (I heard that there are a lot of turkey deep-fryer accidents strangely enough). Thank you for the post, perhaps it will inspire others to come up with recipes of their own :)
