Greek-Style Deviled Eggs
This delicious Greek-style deviled eggs recipe is just as easy to make as traditional deviled eggs. Feta cheese, olives, and oregano give these deviled eggs a unique taste that is refreshingly delicious!
Ingredients: (yields 24 servings)
- 12 large hard-boiled eggs; with the shells removed
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp of pitted and finely chopped kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp of snipped fresh oregano
- 1 tbsp of vinegar
- 1 tbsp of yellow mustard

Directions:
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs lengthwise into halves.
- Remove the egg yolks from the egg whites, and place the yolks into a bowl. Set the egg whites aside for later use.
- Mash the yolks with a fork.
- Add the mayo, vinegar, and yellow mustard to the mashed egg yolks. Stir well.
- Fold the feta cheese, olives, and oregano into your egg yolk mixture.
- Stuff your egg yolk mixture into your reserved egg white halves. Refrigerate your deviled eggs (covered) until serving time.

These sound really yummy and a bit different to other devilled egg recipes I have tried. I will definitely give them a try.
