Greek-Style Deviled Eggs

This delicious Greek-style deviled eggs recipe is just as easy to make as traditional deviled eggs. Feta cheese, olives, and oregano give these deviled eggs a unique taste that is refreshingly delicious! 

Ingredients: (yields 24 servings)

  • 12 large hard-boiled eggs; with the shells removed
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp of pitted and finely chopped kalamata olives
  • 1 tbsp of snipped fresh oregano
  • 1 tbsp of vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of yellow mustard
  • paprika 

Directions:

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs lengthwise into halves.
  2. Remove the egg yolks from the egg whites, and place the yolks into a bowl. Set the egg whites aside for later use.
  3. Mash the yolks with a fork.
  4. Add the mayo, vinegar, and yellow mustard to the mashed egg yolks. Stir well.
  5. Fold the feta cheese, olives, and oregano into your egg yolk mixture.
  6. Stuff your egg yolk mixture into your reserved egg white halves. Refrigerate your deviled eggs (covered) until serving time.

These sound really yummy and a bit different to other devilled egg recipes I have tried. I will definitely give them a try.
